David Henry has over 35 years’ experience working as a property adviser. He provides planning and development advice to a diverse range of clients.
David has a particular expertise in the co-ordination of complex strategic projects.
He is a past Chair of the RICS Planning Policy Panel, which provided him with direct access to Government, and regularly presented evidence to Parliamentary Committees.
He was also an adviser to the Cambridge Colleges Bursars Environment and Planning Sub Committee, and acts as an Expert Witness to the Courts.
David has many years of experience promoting development projects UK wide ,including as a strategic adviser to premier development companies and major landowners.
His home is in the Scottish Borders and a distinctive claim to fame is that he has skied to both the North and South Poles. He is a Trustee of the Royal Scottish Geographical Society and Dundee Heritage Trust.
